Bode Was Named the 2022 CFDA Menswear Designer of the Year

The CFDA on Monday held its annual Fashion Awards at Cipriani South Street at Casa Cipriani in Manhattan.

Among those who took home titles, Emily Adams Bode Aujla of Bode was named the American Menswear Designer of the Year. Robert Pattinson Fronted Dior’s Spring 2023 Menswear Campaign

Kim Jones debuted Dior’s Spring 2023 menswear campaign starring none other than Robert Pattinson. The sartorial imagery, which spotlights the House’s “California Couture” collection with ERL, was shot by photographer Rafael Pavarotti.

Where the collection embraced an ideal blend of Venice Beach style, ’90s tailoring and subcultural codes, the campaign takes on a much more refined aesthetic. In it, Pattinson plays the signature Dior man, donning clean-cut ensembles against youthful backdrops in pops of green, red and blue.

Supreme Opened a New Chicago Store

After decorating the city with wheat-pasted posters to generate excitement, Supreme has opened its newest brick-and-mortar location in Chicago.

The outside of the store boasts brick walls that are dyed in a bright white tone, letting the New York label’s signature box logo stand out in red. Inside, the outpost includes an oversized, gilded sphinx installation that calls back to Supreme’s collaboration with Mark Gonzales. Both sides of the space host shelves stocked with tees, hats and sneakers.

Supreme Chicago is located at 1438 N. Milwaukee Ave. Its doors are now open to the public.

Stüssy x Dries Van Noten Delivered a Collaborative Campaign Starring Flea

Following teasers from A$AP NAST and a short video from the duo itself, Stüssy and Dries Van Noten delivered their official collaborative campaign, starring Red Hot Chilli Peppers’ founding member and bassist, Flea.

The campaign, shot by Tyrone Lebon, sees the rocker playing his bass guitar, shooting hoops and looking jolly in the collaborative garments from Stüssy x Dries Van Noten. Across the sartorial effort, the partnership breeds a slew of designs denoted by Stüssy’s So-Cal style and Dries’ versatile codes. Among them, there are dual-branded tie-dye T-shirts, sweatpants and sweatshirts, along with collared shirts, baggy printed jeans, and a rhinestone smoking blazer and pants.

Stüssy and Dries Van Noten will be available worldwide at select chapter stores, select Dover Street Market locations, Dries Van Noten stores, on Stüssy’s website and Dries Van Noten’s website, on Friday, November 18 at 10 a.m. PST, 10 a.m. CET, and 10 a.m JST per the respective region.

GOLF WANG Has a New York City Storefront Coming

Tyler, the Creator’s GOLF WANG brand is prepping to expand its property portfolio with an all-new storefront in New York City.

The newly-announced outpost will mark the label’s second-ever brick-and-mortar location, following its inaugural shop on Fairfax Ave. in Los Angeles, CA (just down the street from the Supreme store). At the time of the announcement, no details were provided regarding the store’s location or appearance, though the brand did confirm that the store will open its doors on November 12.

The label has since added the official address to its Instagram bio: the store is located in NYC’s Soho neighborhood at 35 Howard St. Store hours are not yet available.
