US busts network providing technology to Russian military

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Biden administration on Wednesday announced a spherical of criminal fees and sanctions connected to a challenging plan to procure armed service technologies from U.S. companies and illegally supply them to Russia for its war in Ukraine.
